Orders
At London Building Supplies (LBS) we understand that plans change and orders need to be cancelled from time to time, which is why you have a 2 hour window after an order has been placed for cancellation. Any cancellations beyond this timeframe may incur a fee of 30% of the value of the order so please keep this in mind when making your purchase with us.
Generally, orders placed with us can be delivered within 2 to 3 days; however, some may take up to 5 working days or longer if goods need to be ordered specifically for the customer. In such cases, a cancellation fee will apply as London Building Supplies (LBS) has already paid in advance on behalf of the customer.
If any specialty items, gypsum bagged products, or other goods arrive damaged or missing from your order, let us know right away! Cancellation of such orders may not be possible due to their extended lead times. If any items are damaged or missing, it will be imperative that you alert us immediately in order to receive replacements.To ensure the best quality experience with our products and services, please double-check all shipments before accepting them. Special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged after delivery unless they are defective. The client is responsible for guaranteeing this; delivery drivers are not expected to carry out any off-loading operations. Any unloading done by the driver is voluntary and at their own risk. There must be proper entry to site so our vehicles can smoothly deliver your order without issue.If you are unable to receive delivery directly, kindly let London Building Supplies (LBS) know in the order comments section so that we can help deliver your purchase. Due to insurance limitations, our drivers can only take items as far as the curb.
Any orders that have failed to be delivered due to bad access or no way of means to offload onsite maybe subject to a new delivery charge.
If you want to return items that are not faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for any expenses incurred in returning the items.
