When you purchase products with us worth £400 ex VAT or more, we will be pleased to deliver them free of charge*. Spend less than that amount? Don't worry - there is still a delivery fee which would be indicated within the checkout process. Please note, our store only accepts orders between Monday and Friday; deliveries are not made on weekends.
In light of the COVID pandemic and lack of drivers available, our delivery policy may be subject to change. We will do all that we can to help any orders from affected areas. Please note: additional delivery charges might apply for Scotland and postcodes listed below.

Unfortunately, this is due to the lack of drivers and limited supply in certain areas. As a result, we may have to apply an additional shipping service fee (£250). However, you can always use our shipping calculator for more precise information regarding your postcode. We understand that this might be inconvenient so if it applies to your order please don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we'll do our best resolve any issue.
There are parts of the UK that we don't deliver to and this will be marked at checkout. (N Ireland and Scotish Highlands and some parts of the north of England). Should you experience any issues while checking out, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will strive to resolve it with a third-party supplier.
PREFERED DELIVERY TIMES*
We provide this service to make things easier for you and decrease communication among us. It gives us an idea of when you want the order delivered, though it is NOT a guaranteed delivery date.
We value the importance of scheduling larger materials for your project, so having a preferred timeline is crucial. However, it's important to keep in mind that we can't fulfill orders before the product availabilty day has been set—even if our date insert tool allows you to do so.
If a specific delivery date is requested, we will do our absolute best to deliver by that day. However, if this may not be feasible due to unforeseen circumstances, don't worry - you'll receive an email with accurate and realistic delivery times after placing your order!
We will do our utmost to deliver on the date you specify, and we promise to notify you within 24-48 hours if that is not a possibility. However, please note that deliveries are unavailable over weekends so any orders featuring weekend delivery must be scheduled for the subsequent week. Rest assured, we will strive to secure an available slot as close as possible to your preferred date!
PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES
Typically, our orders are transported within the span of 2–5 working days. Nevertheless, if you require a custom-made or tailor-fit product, it will take longer to arrive at your doorstep. In certain instances given the current market and supply conditions in UK areas near you we may offer an equivalent high-grade replacement item free of charge to make sure that customers still get what they need despite any unforeseen circumstances.
We offer a delivery charge for those residing in England; customers from Scotland or Wales will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives. We are dedicated to providing packages on the date agreed upon and do everything we can to make sure that happens!
We reserve the right to charge a failed delivery fee if access is restricted for the vehicle specified on the order,
All transactions are tracked, and the delivery fees depend on if the recipient is prepared to receive their shipment. This includes automatic or manual unloading of heavy items. Requesting offload equipment such as a tail lift or forklift may incur an extra fee depending on how complicated it is to access the site or if there are bulky products in your order. Don't forget that you must place orders by 1 p.m., Monday through Friday, for them to be processed same day! You can find out when each item will be dispatched as this information is included with every product description.
RESTRICTED ACCESS
It is your responsibility to make sure that any access restrictions are communicated to us or our suppliers at the time of placing an order, or 24 hours prior to delivery. Should this not occur, we reserve the right to refuse making a delivery.
Restricted access includes, but is not limited to: double yellow lines, a red route, narrow lanes, steep hills, low bridges or roads with width restrictions. Delivery will be managed through our partners and third-party fulfilment services when you place your order 24 hours prior to delivery.
